What will be the experience of Technician? |
| Normally, a technician will be trained for a period of 4 to 8 months which includes 2 – 4 months training in Kerala, 2 – 3 months in a running centre under a senior technician to make him capable to handle independent centre and 15 days to 1 month at IMPT, Karol Bagh. |

Will the technician ibe capable enough to repair all kind of mobile phones and any type of complaints ? |
| A Britco & Bridco technician can assure an output of 40% – 60% for the first three months and it may increase to the range of 60% - 80% for the next one year and 70% - 90% thereafter. It may vary according to the entry position of the handset. |

Will you provide a technician to anyone else next to my shop? |
| Britco & Bridco assures you a radius of 1 km from your shop. |

What will be the working time of Britco & Bridco technician? |
| Normally, the working time of the centre is working time of technician too. But it should not be more than 10 hours in a day. |

What will be the holidays and leave formalities for the technician? |
| Weekly holiday should be provided. Market holiday can be taken into consideration for festival or any other holidays. Emergency leave can be provided only as per the prior sanction from the company. |

How can I notice, evaluate and assess the performance of the technician? |
| Performance chart will be prepared by the technician and it should be verified and countersigned by the owner. Owner can keep a copy by the end of every month. |

If my work increases and need more technician, then will you provide and what will be the formalities? |
| Yes. All the formalities for a fresh centre must be done for appointing a new technician. A feedback will be taken from the existing technician will be taken by the company before making the finalization |

Should we start training Institute? |
| No. You can start your own institute in a different premise. Britco & Bridco technician is appointed for the purpose of repairing only and not for training. He will not train anybody including owner of the service centre. |

How can I extend my contract? |
| Extension of contract will be considered as per the feedback from the technician and owner. The rules and regulations of the package at the time of renewal will be taken in to consideration. |

If the technician found guilty on any aspect what will be the action taken from my part? |
| The centre owner should inform the agency care manager immediately in such situations. |

How can I avoid malpractices? |
| Arrange tools, spare parts and dead boards at the centre. Try to avoid interaction of technician with the customers. |

Can we offer 100% service output to customers? |
| No. We cannot offer 100% assurance to the customers as it is not possible in the case of electronic gadgets. |

From where I can arrange tools & spares for repairing? |
| Now days, almost all the spare parts are available in open market or you can buy it from Britco & Bridco itself. |

If the handsets damages during repairing, then who will be responsible for the same? |
| If there is a chance of damage technician will intimate the same to the centre manager and he can inform the same to customers to accept the risk. But in case if not informed responsibility comes to owner only. But remember, around 60% of the cost of the handset can be recovered from the damaged handset itself using its spare parts. |
